Kasper Sand Kjær

Kasper Sand Kjær is a partner in the consulting business 'POL - Politics, Organisation, Leadership'.

He is a former member of the Danish Parliament, and was most recently Vice-chairman of The European Affairs Committee, a meber of the Foreign Policy Committee and the Social Democratic Party’s spokesman on Immigration and Integration, and alien affairs. 

Before Kasper got elected for the Parliament, he was the chairman of the Danish Youth Council (DUF) and worked with education and labour market policy, both as a training consultant at Deltager Danmark and as a youth consultant at the Danish Confederation of Trade Unions. Furthermore, he is the former vice chairman of Fri Kultur, who seeks to promote democracy in Belarus.

Kasper Sand Kjær holds a BA in Education Studies from the University of Aarhus.
