Jan Erik Messmann

Jan Erik Messmann is a former member of the Danish Parliament for the Danish People's Party and was spokesperson for the party in the Nordic Council from 2015-2019. Jan Erik has previously been a program host on Kanal 2, as well as TV2 in Denmark and Norway. Jan Erik sails as skipper on tour boats in Copenhagen harbor and in Roskilde fjord.

He has been a voluntary member of the Marine Home Guard and the Flying Home Guard Unit for more than 30 years.

Jan Erik is a trained surveying technician, telegraph operator and commercial pilot.
