The vision of the Danish Institute for Parties and Democracy is to contribute to the development of effective political parties and well functioning multiparty systems as key elements in a democratic culture, in support of the aspirations for freedom and human development of citizens in developing countries. The Institute delivers on this vision through party-to-party and multiparty support in a limited number of countries around the world.
